This is an Indian Chatpata Snack which is can be savored with your evening tea

3-4 Persons
Ingredients
One Cup Peanut
½ Cup Gram flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Rock Salt
1 teaspoon Chat Masala
1 teaspoon Red Chilly Powder
1 teaspoon Mango Powder
Pinch of soda bicarbonate
Oil for frying
Recipe
Take peanuts in a plate and add all the spices
Now add gramflour to it and sprinkle it with water so that a coating is formed over the peanut
Take a frying pan and heat oil in it
Now put each piece of peanut in it and fry until golden brown
Cool and serve it as a snack
